• We currently deliver to United Kingdom only.

• We aim to dispatch your items within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you need a delivery for a specific date do get in touch via our email on shop@jacksonsinteriorsandgifts.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate.

• We will deliver all goods to the address you specify for delivery.

• It is important that this address is accurate as we cannot accept  liability for any loss or damage to goods that have been delivered to the incorrect address (unless this is caused by our negligence).

• If the delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will advise you of this and contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

• You will receive a dispatched email with a tracking number.
